We are not an insurance company ourselves; we act as an intermediary to help you find and purchase suitable insurance products.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or communicating with us via WhatsApp, email, or phone for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
3. Services Offered
- Vehicle Insurance Quotes: Providing comparative quotes for car insurance, two-wheeler insurance, and commercial vehicle insurance.
- Policy Issuance & Renewal: Assisting in the instant issuance and renewal of insurance policies, including expired policies.
- Cashback Offers: Offering cashback benefits on eligible policy purchases/renewals, subject to specific terms outlined in Section 5.
- Customer Support: Providing support and guidance related to insurance products and policy management.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided to us (including personal details, vehicle information, and previous policy details) is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any false or misleading information may lead to the rejection or invalidation of your policy by the insurer.
- Comply with Laws: Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in India, including IRDAI guidelines.
- Review Policy Documents: Carefully review all policy documents, terms, and conditions provided by the insurance company before making a payment. Instant Insure is not responsible for any discrepancies or misunderstandings arising from your failure to review policy documents.
- Secure Communication: Take necessary precautions to secure your personal devices and communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp).
5. Cashback Program Terms
Instant Insure may offer cashback benefits on eligible policy purchases or renewals. The terms for the cashback program are as follows:
- Eligibility: Cashback eligibility, amount (e.g., "up to ₹1000"), and specific conditions will be communicated to you at the time of the quote.
- Disbursement: Cashback will be credited to your specified account (e.g., bank account, UPI ID) only after the successful issuance and confirmation of your insurance policy by the respective insurer.
- Changes/Withdrawal: Instant Insure reserves the right to modify or withdraw the cashback program at any time without prior notice. Any policies already purchased under specific cashback terms will be honored.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Intermediary Role: Instant Insure acts solely as an intermediary. The insurance contract is between you and the chosen insurance company. We are not liable for any claims, disputes, or issues arising directly from the insurance policy itself, its terms, or the claims process.
- Information Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of quotes or policy details provided by insurers. It is your responsibility to verify all details before purchase.
- Indirect Damages: Instant Insure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
- Maximum Liability: In no event shall Instant Insure's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Instant Insure website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Instant Insure or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
